Drawing from her rich experiences as a wife, mother, co-pastor, and administrator, Dr. McLauchlin uniquely connects with women from all walks of life. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Business from Fayetteville State University, a Master of Leadership from Central Michigan University, a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Technical and State University, and a Doctor of Education from North Carolina State University, Dr. McLauchlin transitioned to a successful career in higher education. Her impact on students, both academically and spiritually, paved the way for her professional ministry journey in 1986 at New Life Bible Church of America, INC.
Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer alongside her husband, Pastor Allen S. McLauchlin, Dr. McLauchlin continues to evolve spiritually through biblical studies. Her ongoing journey is marked by success, achievement, and a commitment to faith-based empowerment, contributing to the growth and spiritual servitude of New Life.
2. Ebony Walker – Panel Moderator (Friday)
Ebony M. Walker is a living embodiment of resilience and strength. She effortlessly wears numerous hats – Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Entrepreneur, Pastor, Author, and Friend.
Armed with a degree in Criminal Justice, Ebony embarked on a career as a Paralegal and Professional Background Screener, briefly traversing the legal landscape.
